Individual Support

  • Therapeutic work with individual children and young people

  • Consultation around complexity, risk, or uncertainty

  • Joint working alongside existing professionals and services

Project-Based & Commissioned Work

  • Time-limited or longer-term therapeutic projects

  • Targeted support around trauma, EBSA, bereavement, and emotional wellbeing

  • Delivery from our therapy rooms in Northampton, or within schools, community settings, and organisational buildings

  • We are approved providers for Northamptonshire Children's Trust and North Northamptonshire Council

We prioritise clear communication, shared understanding, and work that complements existing provision.

Reflective Supervision

Supporting others requires space to think, feel, and reflect.

We provide clinical and restorative supervision for professionals working with children, young people, and families, including counsellors, therapists, school staff, and frontline practitioners.

Supervision offers:

  • Containment and reflection in emotionally complex work

  • Support with clinical decision-making and ethical dilemmas

  • Attention to practitioner wellbeing, sustainability, and resilience

Supervision can be offered individually or in groups, and adapted for both clinical and non-clinical roles.

Training Opportunities

We deliver specialist training that bridges theory and practice, supporting professionals to feel more confident, attuned, and equipped.

Our training draws on our core specialisms, including:

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)

  • Bereavement, loss, and anticipatory grief

  • Nervous system-informed approaches

  • Safeguarding children in counselling and therapeutic settings

All training is grounded in clinical experience, reflective practice, and practical application.

Working Together

A relational, trauma-aware approach that supports both the people you work with and the professionals delivering care.

If you are looking for a thoughtful, reliable partner who understands both clinical complexity and organisational realities, we would welcome a conversation about how we can work together.
