About YSF

The Full Story

Your Space Foundation was established by three Paediatric Psychotherapists who share a passion and determination for addressing the lack of psychotherapeutic services available to children and young people.

We offer privately commissioned therapy, but are also committed to finding solutions that will allow us to provide low cost or free counselling.  We are open to extending our relationships with stakeholders to secure further funding to realise this aim, enabling clinical intervention, ranging from single session therapy to longer term therapeutic support.

In addition to clinical support, YSF offers clinical and restorative supervision to other professionals working with children and young people, providing a safe and reflective environment to explore your work, encouragement to consider this from different perspectives, and the chance to explore the emotional labour associated with this essential support.

Supporting organisations to develop and deepen their understanding of mental health and trauma is another priority for YSF. We offer a range of training courses and can provide bespoke packages to meet your organisations needs.
