At Your Space Foundation, we provide specialist therapeutic support for children, young people, families, and professionals across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. Our services are designed to offer compassionate, relational support before difficulties reach crisis point, helping children and families feel understood, connected, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.

We work with children and young people experiencing anxiety, trauma, bereavement, emotional distress, low self-esteem, behavioural difficulties, and school-related challenges, including emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA). Our therapists draw on a range of approaches, including counselling, psychotherapy, creative therapies, play-based interventions, and trauma-informed practice, tailoring support to the unique needs of each child and family.

Alongside direct therapeutic work, we offer therapeutic parenting support, clinical supervision, and specialist training for schools and organisations. We recognise that children thrive when the adults around them feel supported too, which is why our work often extends beyond individual therapy to strengthen the wider systems around children.

Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, a young person looking for someone to talk to, or a professional looking to enhance the support available within your setting, we are here to help.
