Meet Sarah

Psychotherapist

Sarah is a Paediatric Psychotherapist who is passionate about providing a safe, inclusive and compassionate space where people feel heard, valued and supported. She works with children, young people and adults navigating a range of emotional and psychological experiences, including trauma, abuse, attachment difficulties, anxiety, stress, loss and the impact of adverse life experiences.

Her therapeutic approach is person-centred, relational and trauma-informed, recognising that every individual’s journey is unique. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, incorporating creative and play-based methods where appropriate, to help people explore their experiences, strengthen resilience and develop healthier ways of coping.

Alongside her therapeutic practice, Sarah has experience supporting fostered and adopted children, working with attachment and developmental trauma, and collaborating with families and professionals to promote positive outcomes.

Sarah values working collaboratively with individuals, families and professionals to promote emotional wellbeing and empower people to make meaningful, lasting changes. Her aim is to create an environment where clients feel accepted without judgement and supported to move forward at a pace that feels right for them.
