Meet Kirsty

Psychotherapist

Kirsty supports children and young people who are navigating difficult experiences and need a safe, understanding space to talk. She offers a calm, compassionate approach, helping children feel supported while reassuring parents that their child’s emotional wellbeing is being carefully held in mind.

Kirsty is an integrated child and adolescent counselling psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She has extensive experience working with children and young people aged 7–19 across therapeutic, health, and educational settings. Her work supports children affected by trauma, anxiety, grief, loss, family change, and complex life circumstances, including adoption, fostering, youth offending, and sexual harm.

Kirsty works in an integrative and trauma-aware way, tailoring support to each child’s individual needs and pace. She is committed to providing warm, sensitive support, helping children and families feel less alone as they move forward together.

Kirsty has extensive experience supporting children and young people with:
