Meet Elaine

Therapeutic Counsellor

Elaine supports children, young people, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, alone, or unsure where to turn. She offers a calm, non-judgemental space where people can feel safe to explore what they are experiencing and begin to make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings.

Elaine is a person-centred counsellor with specialist training in counselling children and young people. Her approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel truly heard and understood. Elaine brings both lived insight and professional experience to her work, helping clients move through challenging experiences at their own pace.

Alongside her counselling role, Elaine has extensive experience in leadership and professional environments, which supports her thoughtful, reflective, and well-boundaried practice. She is committed to ethical, supportive work that helps children and families feel less alone and more supported as they navigate change.

Elaine has extensive experience supporting children and young people with:
